His thousands of pictures are very popular on Instagram and other social media, and people are flocking here. Located near the city of Maitoyo, this beach is located in the Kagawa region (prefecture). Overnight the Instagrammer has made it incredibly popular, but the story started in 2016.

The Maitio city administration then asked citizens and tourists to share photos of the city that would be included into a contest.

One of these students stunned the world with a stunning photo of people, sun, and sky reflected in the shallow water on the beach as if it were a transparent mirror on the bottom.

It is also called the Uyuni Salt Lake of Japan. It should be noted that Uyuni Lake in Bolivia also has similar reflective properties. But the one-kilometer-long Japanese coast is mostly filled with shallow water that reflects off the sides. In this way, the water acts as a mirror and any picture taken is thought to be the reflection of a transparent mirror instead of water on the floor.

Thereafter, on the website of the city administration, the management of Chi Chi Bogahama also gave more details and suggestions for taking beautiful photos of this beach, after which more than 40 thousand people visited this beach and took memorable photos in just a few days.

Interestingly, some local people were either unaware of or did not consider this important feature of their part of the coast. Especially the pictures at sunset are very spectacular and people take pictures at that moment. The fame and popularity of this mirror beach is increasing day by day on social media.
